The group is comprised of some of the most successful business leaders that Alabama has to offer. One of those leaders is Alan Seltzer, the CEO of Seltzer, Inc. Seltzer has built a reputation for having an eye for business planning and has helped a lot of people in the business community. He has also been a regular on our show, Business Council of Alabama with us and will be a part of the group again from time to time.
The group is a little different from what you might expect. You might think that this group of successful business leaders would be a lot more of a diverse group. In Alabama, there are quite a few different economic circles. One of those circles is the Alabama Business Council. For some people their business council is where they try to get the most business, and for others it’s their home group.
As a business leader, one of the things that you would focus on is your connections. You would concentrate all your efforts in getting that first deal, and then you would work that deal until it was done. This is also true for any other business in Alabama. A lot of people in Alabama do this, and it’s not a bad way to do business. You can get the deal done in a month and a half or a year, and the business will be doing really well from that.
This is something that people do as business leaders even though they get paid to do it. For most deals to be successful, they need to have customers and they need to have partners. If you’re going to do deals in Alabama, one of the first things you need to do is learn how to do business.
Well, business for me, and it is pretty much the same in any state, is the business of doing deals.
