The reason for this is because the food is so good that there are very few places in the Czech Republic that have the capability to hire an experienced chef. The fact that they can train so many young chefs is impressive, but how they manage to get them into the field is quite a challenge.
The company that has built this business is the Czech Conestoga Company, which has been around since 1781. The company uses the technology of French Conestoga, which is an ancient method of making wine and cider. But it is not as simple as just making wine and cider. The wine and cider is made from grapes that have been crushed and strained, which also removes the yeast, and then the resulting liquid is left to ferment.
One problem with the French method is that it requires a lot of energy and energy is something that Conestoga isn’t able to provide, so the company is looking for solutions to how they can do it without requiring the electricity of the world.
