I am so glad that I have always been a follower of my health. I have always been a runner. I am always in the gym. I am a healthy person, and I even have a healthy family. I am blessed. I have always had a healthy lifestyle.

I’ve already heard of people who are really unhealthy and have no idea how much they’ve lost (like my husband).

I think it is a bit of a question of how much I’ll make of it. We don’t have to have a lot of weight for a lot of reasons. But I think you can do better than the others.
