To be honest, I’m just as guilty of this as the next person. For years, I’ve told myself I’d never do something. I was always convinced that if I tried, I’d fail. I thought I’d never be able to do anything that wasn’t really “real”. I thought I was a failure at everything.
If you have a pet, you know you’ll never be happy.
The big question is who will control it? This is our third review, with a lot more discussion going on in this game.
I know Ive been guilty of this a lot, but to be honest Ive had to. Ive been thinking I dont want to be a part of this. Ive always been a person who likes to play things safe and I just cant.
When we first met Colvin, our hero from the previous game, in the first chapter of Deathloop, we found him to be a rather dangerous person. He was a psychopath, a psychopath with telepathic powers, and a psychopath for a big city. He could be a big problem for us if he didn’t know he was a threat. And he did.
We needed a villain, and we needed him to be powerful, and Ive since realized that I would just prefer playing safe. I dont want to be a part of something that could cause someone to turn on me or turn on me for no good reason. Ive had to walk away from some of my more ambitious ideas and I just can’t take the risk of doing something like that again.
So in a sense, we’re still in a bit of a wait-and-see situation. The game is still in early development, and we’re still working on the story and the gameplay, so it’s not like we can tell you anything we haven’t already. But we do know there are more than just the three main Visionaries.
As it turns out, there are a lot of Visionaries. Our goal has been to take out eight Visionaries, which is the same number as the number of days since they left the island. There are just eight Visionaries in total, but at the moment they are in the same time period, so its possible the game could loop. We’re keeping it at a slow speed because we want you to experience the game first-hand before we tell you everything.
It’s a shame that you need to wait for an entire week for a game to begin, but we’ll tell you everything you need to know for now. As you can see, there are a ton of Visionaries, a bunch of them have been killed, and we haven’t actually reached the eighth yet. There are also still a few Visionaries that haven’t been killed yet.
The next thing that comes to mind, is the end-game. You are only given the chance to get killed, so in this case it’s much harder to find a really good one.
