I don’t know how to say this without sounding like a broken record. There’s always something that goes wrong, and the fact is that we can’t see it.
Signs go wrong for a lot of reasons. Sometimes it’s bad weather or if you were drunk the day before. Sometimes it’s you not getting home in time. And sometimes it’s just a matter of time before it happens to you. But whatever the reason, you just never know when it might happen to you. The one thing that is guaranteed to happen is that your date might go horribly wrong.
My date, who was a bit of a douche, didn’t get home in time. So my date and I went to a park to get some sun. And that’s when all hell broke loose. While the sky was getting dark, a couple of people started coming out of the woods and said they were going to kill us. My date tried to get them to stop, but it was no use.
So we were at the park when a guy started freaking out and started yelling that he was going to kill us. He said that the one person who was going to kill us was our date with his sister, who was also a douche. The one person who was going to kill us was also going to kill our date with his sister.
What’s really weird here is that I didn’t think I was going to have to kill our date’s sister. He’s a douche and that’s a douche move. But I don’t think Colt Vahn is a douche. He just seems like a guy who’s got a lot of balls but isn’t afraid to just go through with his plans.
Actually, that’s not a douche move. Colt Vahn is a douche who is trying to kill us for a date with his sister. I don’t think he’d go that far to kill us for a date with his sister, but I definitely think he’d just go that far to kill us for a date with a girl who is a douche.
So, now we know Colt is a douche, but what about the other three Visionaries who’ve locked an island, the rest of which we’ll learn about in the sequel, Deathloop? Well, first of all, they seem to have set the date and the island into a repeating cycle so they can piss about and be pissed off. Colt has also been shown to be a very good liar and he’s been shown to be able to pull off a very convincing fake ID.
So, we know who Colt is and what he is capable of, but I’m not sure how he did in the trailer. Sure he can pull off a convincing fake ID, but maybe he was still wearing that disguise during the scene where he confronts Colt, and he just got caught in a lie? Or maybe he just wasn’t wearing that disguise at all.
I wouldn’t bet on it.
Colt might have been planning on going to the Visionaries party island, but he never made it off the beach. That’s because he was caught in a lie. He’s been lying ever since he has come back to the island of death and the Visionaries. Maybe he was a good liar and he got caught, but he had a reason to be lying, and it’s not like he was fooling anyone.
