We’ve been on the market for over 20 years. We are one of the first community health care organizations in southwest virginia to offer a full range of community health services. We offer a range of different health services that include preventative, clinical, and behavioral health services. We offer home and community-based services for children and adults with chronic illnesses and conditions and offer a broad range of community health programs and services for healthy aging.

As we told you back in our most recent blog post about the new website, we are also very much into the idea of community health. We believe that all of us—whether we are elderly or young, healthy or sick—deserve to engage in a healthy lifestyle. If we can’t do it on our own, we can’t do it at all. That’s why we launched this website to help you find the right health care organization for you, and then to take advantage of it.
We are proud to say that we are one of the very few that is a local health care provider. We are in southwest virginia and we just got back from a trip across the state to check on our first patients. We have seen and treated people from all around the state including some of our neighboring communities. We are also very excited about our new mobile app and the way it has helped us to reach out to the community.

We already have a lot going on in the area and we are always looking for more people to get involved. We are currently looking to fill a few positions in the office, a few positions in the clinics, and a few others that would like to learn more about the area and the health care industry.
