The following is a list I prepared at the request of a friend who is a big fan of those movies. You are welcome to use this list as a resource to learn more about a specific comedy film.
The list is a little too long to get here, but it doesn’t contain spoilers for the upcoming film. In the end, I went one way and ordered it.

I do still have a couple of questions about the list. How many different movies does it contain? and how many of them are currently in cinemas? I’m assuming the answer is a lot, but it’s not clear to me how much of a difference it makes.
The point of this list is to make it easy for people to find movies they may not have seen and that they may not have even heard of. The list contains a lot of current movies that are popular, but if I wanted to find a film I had never heard of, I’d still go to Wikipedia and look up the title.
The point of this list is not to list all the movies out there. I’m not looking for the “worst movies ever” list, though I might include some of the most horrendous ones. I just want to list the ones that are popular, and I want to list the ones that are widely available on DVD or Blu-ray. That’s just the reason I put it out here.
The point of this list is that Ive seen quite a few of these movies and they all look pretty good. They may or may not be good, but Ive seen them all and they all look good. Thats the point, they all look good. The problem with getting so involved with the movie industry is that at some point, youre just so into the movie that the whole thing starts to blend together.
Ive seen a lot of movies, even ones that arent so funny. Every now and then, theyre funny, but it takes me a long time to find that funny. It takes me a lot longer to find funny movies that arent so great. So Ive learned to really focus on finding good comedies that arent so bad, and have seen a lot of them. I also watched a few of them when I was younger.
So weve all seen a list of the top comedy movies, and that list is pretty good. We all know what we like, but we also know that we do like some other movies, so we want to find out what we like. The problem is, we dont really know what we like. We have no good way to find that out.
You should go back and re-watch The Hunger Games and look inside the movie’s trailer and find a few of the more famous ones.
