This is a common question I hear a lot. This is actually a fairly common question that people ask right from the get-go. However, it’s so common that I think it’s actually a good idea to ask this question before you hire a contractor. If you don’t have the proper answers then you could end up hiring a contractor that is not the person you would have hired. Don’t ask for the first time you hire a contractor; ask for the second time.
My answer is that if you dont know anything about your business partner, then you shouldnt be hiring them because you don’t know what they will do or how you will fit their expertise into your business. I don’t mean to say that business partners should be hired for the wrong reasons, but if you havent had any experience with the type of person you’re hiring then you shouldnt be hiring them for any reason at all.
This is actually a good point. If I hire a contractor to build my house, I dont expect them to put in a garage or add a pool or a garage door or a pool table. Likewise, if I am hiring a business partner for my business then I expect them to know how to set up a bank account or a spreadsheet or a spreadsheet application, but I dont expect them to know how to build a website, or how to create a spreadsheet to track my client’s income and expenses…
I know this is a good point from a business standpoint, but it’s a bad point from a personal standpoint. When we hire a contractor to build our house, we hire the contractor to build a house. When we hire a business partner for our business, we hire them to help us run it.
I disagree. When we hire a contractor to build our house, we hire them to build a house. When we hire a business partner for our business, we hire them to help us run it. I think we’re missing the point.
The point, as a friend of mine likes to say, is that there is a difference between a partner’s expenses and the business partner’s expenses. Of course, a business partner always has to cover his expenses, and a partner’s expenses are just going to be the amount of money that the business partner has. The business partner is just going to be the person who is working for you so there is no question about what his expenses are.
The business partner and a financial partner are two different beasts. If you have a business partner, you are going to have to provide him with all of your profits. The financial partner is just going to be the person who is paying for his expenses out of your profits. Of course, you can do this by putting a percentage of your profits into a trust, but this is a lot simpler.
Partner is a word that has lots of different meanings. You could be a business partner, a financial partner, or even a personal business. The business partner is going to be the person who is working for you. It’s a person who will be working for you, but it is not your employee. They are not employees. They are not subject to the rules of your business or your personal life. They can take any job that they want.
